Both the preparing to launch kf2 and the graphic that comes up before the game starts up proper.
I m not it s just my computer either.
That s quite long for my taste most other games only load for 30 seconds or so but not nearly as long you say.
I also have startup movies turned off but it s equally slow with them left on.
Minimize it and activate the steam cloud storage.
Same here takes 1 2 minutes to get past the splash screen.
