While he does have alot of health his minions are meh and his tactics are mainly 1 v 1 like all other bosses excluding the patriarch. Easiest is abomination you don t even have to run until he gets enraged. Doesn t mean he can t multi kill attack with nades. Nades are still super easy to dodge and avoid and lastly the patriarch is the hardest imo.

King fleshpound the 3rd boss and probably imo the hardest to learn about. Formerly known as rachel clamely a patriarch s daughter the matriarch is one of the five bosses faced at the end of a standard killing floor 2 survival game. Patriarch is a returning boss from killing floor that is fully upgraded with sneaky and effective attacks that will kill all players. Hanz is the 2nd hardest. Hans is the hardest especially on hoe where scrakes and qp s can spawn during the battle.
